I've been watching Brexit and all the other political news, and I think it's about time I stsarted to host some comment and information sites about the whole mess. I've also been reviewing my projects, and most of them don't seem to be moving forward, so I think I need to be a bit more focussed,
The Fit to Talk English project seems to be ticking over well. I deleted the Italian board due to lack of interest, and I created one for the Phillipines, and I hope this will generate some comments about the economy there. I've also tightened the https restriction a bit, let me know if this has created any problems.
English Gold was hosted quite a while ago, and I added it to the Fit to Talk shop, but there doesn't seem to be much you can do with the shop without a paid upgrade, so that will have to stay on the back burner for a while.
I did plan to publish my ignore list, but this is another project that will have to wait until I have some time to develop it.
The Talk Merit support service - this is intended to be an alternative method to contact me, and it is fully functional. It isn't being used very much, but I will leave it as a live service.
The senior members chatroom is a bit quiet at the moment. It's an invitation only chat room for Merit sources and other Bitcoin Talk officials.
Wlaking the plank is the title for this blog, and I need to post a lot more entries, and add some articles.
The Jet Cash merit history was hosted to help new members gain an idea of some of the meritable posts on Bitcoin Talk. I'm gtateful to LoyceV for providing this.
The merit awarder's toolbox is really for my own use, but I haven't added many links as yet. It will include a variety of on-line tools to check for plagiarism, member's post histories, and other routines to speed up the awarding of merits.
Onkly is a new proect, and hopefull a number of Bitcoin Talk members will join in the experimet. I want to try experimenting with a variety of nodes and mining options. Hopefully the research will lead to the creation of a new coin.
The Jet Cash academy with the Head Boy was created to evaluate the ILIAS software package, and offer it to Bitcoin Talk. I really like the software, so I will keep the site, and add a few minor tutorials. It may take a while to do this though.
I managed to pick up the 500+ points that I needed to become a Legendary. I feel a bit of a fraud about this, as my Bitcoin knowledge is still a bit limited. I guess it must be my political comments that earned the points. :)
I've still got a couple of hundred or so sMerits to award, and it gets more and more time consuming trying to find suitable posts. I'm sure that anyone who takes the trouble to read this blog, is not going to be making those polluting posts, but it would be useful if you could point out to the polluters that their activities clog the boards, and make it harder for decent posters to gain merit.
